Graham Hill – entrepreneur and treehugger.com founder – finished this “project” living in New York City. Simply put, it has movable walls that can be used to seperate 3 beds (a fold-away bunk bed and a twin size bed) that double as his office/entertainment control central. A stretchable table that hides under a counter near the kitchen area, along with several other space-saving appliances that helps with the minimal design (which was not his own – he crowdsourced that).
On another note: I tried to draw a floor plan for that apartment, but I doubt that it would do the apartment justice.
